1/144 HG MS-18E KAMPFER - IN POGRESS

This model kit is an old kit release by bandai way back to 5years ago, i never intend to get this kit only after i watch GUNDAM BUILD FIGHTER, which is a popular animation on show this year. This kit transform into, or i should say reborn with the new name of KAMPFER AMAZING, which is a mobile suit from GBF anime series and a variant of the original KAMPFER and it was primarily controlled by MEIJIN KAWAGUCHI.

The component of this kit is consider alot in this 1/144 scale compare with the others. I have accumulate a tons of model kit which have not been build so far, so im thinking to use the simple way and the fastest way to build all this kit, but have to be painted, not just assembly.

I decided to paint the kit with the entire frame with airbrush before i cut the piece out from the frame.

After painted.

After the paint dry, i just need to cut the pieces out from the frame and assembly it. By doing this way it will speed up the process almost 50% of the conservative way.

I'm using Mr Color character blue on the first layer, follow by the clear blue as top coat.

The joint have been painted by metallic black instead of grey, different from the original color scheme.

The most enjoyable of the whole process is the assembly part haha.

I'm using silver to do the lining instead of black, it seem have a very good match with shining blue.
